I have successfully represented clients in Real Estate since 1965 throughout Santa Clara Valley, establishing Homebuyers Exchange in 1972.  I continue to work with both buyers and sellers with the ever changing market conditions, more often representing the FIRST TIME BUYER.  I feel my 40 years of EXPERIENCE enables me to see my client attain their dreams and goals.  I firmly believe my CLIENT COMES FIRST.  The diligent representation I exercise consists of the highest quality, and LISTENING to each individual's needs and wishes.  My highest compliment I have received is the referral of my client's friends and relatives, which continues today.
